Soccer player Chance LaCroix and volleyball player Kylie O'Brien both won their second Fredonia State Athlete of the Week Awards.

LaCroix had a hand in three goals in Fredonia State's 5-2, playoff-clinching win over Morrisville on Wednesday. LaCroix assisted on the first goal, then put the Devils up 2-0 with the second score as the Devils struck twice in the first 9:12 of play. LaCroix would assist on the fifth-and-final goal. LaCroix leads the Devils with 16 points on five goals and six assists this season.

O'Brien helped Fredonia State to its fourth- and fifth-straight conference victories this past weekend. She had 30 kills with a .221 kill percentage, and three blocks. In a 3-2 win over Potsdam, O'Brien had 17 kills in 52 attempts. The next day, she had 13 kills and a .324 kill percentage in a 3-1 win over Plattsburgh.

Other Notables:
- Thomas McDonald picked up a 5-2 win over Morrisville on Wednesday as the Fredonia State Blue Devils clinched a SUNYAC Tournament berth. He made five saves. He was then credited with a shutout in a 0-0 tie with Oswego, making four saves.
- Down 1-0, Mckenna Szmarz scored twice to power Fredonia State to a 2-1 win over Oswego on Saturday. The win secured a home playoff game for the Blue Devils. Szmarz now has four goals on the season.
- Leah Marsh scored a 198.3 off the 1-meter board at Baldwin Wallace on Saturday. Off the 3-meter board, Marsh totaled 179.8 points. It was the freshman's first collegiate competition.
- Maeve Musielak accumulated 25 digs and 44 receptions on defense and added 20 kills for good measure as the Fredonia State volleyball team went 2-0 over the weekend. In a 3-2 win at Potsdam, Musielak had 13 digs, 21 receptions, and nine kills. In a 3-1 win over Plattsburgh, she had 12 digs, 11 kills, and three aces. The Devils have now won five-straight SUNYAC matches.
- Alexander Wright earned a pair if second place finishes at the Baldwin Wallace/Allegheny tri-meet. He was second in the 1000 freestyle at 12:16.8 and in the 100 butterfly in 1:01.1.
