Cheryl Opalski is coming to campus April 13 and 14 to discuss her work with Ajo Samaritans.
A small volunteer organization, Ajo Samaritans provides humanitarian aid for migrants along the Arizona/Mexican border.
Ms. Opalski will be visiting classes and giving a public lecture on Thursday, April 13 at 7 p.m., in McEwen Hall Room 202. Refreshments will be served. The event will also be presented .
The event is sponsored by the Carnahan Jackson Fund for the Humanities of the Fredonia College Foundation, and the Department of English.
