SUNY Fredonia鈥檚 Class of 2013 will be holding a Dance-a-thon on Sunday, April 15 from 1 to 4 p.m. in the Dods Hall Multipurpose Room. The event will feature three 50-minute dance classes including a Zumba instruction taught by Sue Chaffee of Zumba庐 Fitness as well as performances by the Fredonia Blue Ice Step Team and Fredonia hip hop team, Envied Expression.
"Dance is something that can really bring a lot of people together,鈥 Meagan Allers, Class of 2013 representative said; 鈥淢y hopes are that with the Dance-a-thon we will have a mixture of students, Staff and community members coming together to just have some fun!"
Presale tickets for the event are available at the Fredonia Ticket Office for $5 for students and $10 for faculty, staff and community members. Tickets will also be available at the door with student ticket prices increasing to $7.
