A new Study Abroad program that will transport students to Budapest, the capital of Hungary, and Szeged, the nation鈥檚 largest city, beginning in the summer of 2018, has been created by Fredonia鈥檚 Office of International Education and the Department of History.
Drs. Ellen Litwicki and Mary Beth Sievens, both of the Department of History, will accompany students who will enhance their understanding of the country鈥檚 fascinating history. The program鈥檚 inaugural dates are July 7-30, 2018. Students can earn 6 credit hours through participation and gain opportunities to explore Central Europe鈥檚 culture and history.
Students seeking more information can visit the program website or can visit the Study Abroad Fair on Monday, Sept. 11, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., in the Williams Center Multipurpose Room.
