SUNY Fredonia is hosting a national certification to teach group fitness on Sunday, Nov. 2, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. This one-day program is designed for fitness enthusiasts who would be interested in teaching group fitness classes.聽 The regular cost is $299; however, all Fredonia students, faculty and staff are eligible for a 25 percent聽 discount, bringing the cost down to $224.25.
The course will be offered by the ,聽the world鈥檚 largest fitness education company.
The course will be held in Dods Hall, and will include聽exercise theory and review, as well as written and practical exams.
