SUNY Fredonia is saying goodbye to 61 employees who have announced their retirement between now and the end of the calendar year.ÌýA dinner in their honor will be held Tuesday, Sept. 14 in the Multipurpose Room of the Williams Center. The deadline to make a reservation is Sept. 10, and the event is open to family, friends and other nonemployees.The annual SUNY Fredonia Retirement Recognition Dinner is a collaborative initiative between the Office of the President and the various employee unions, including UUP, CSEA, Council 82, and PEF. The year’s event — the seventh annual retirement dinner — starts at 5:15 p.m., with dinner and the formal program beginning at 6 p.m.
